Returning Student Enrollment Process
1)	Submit payment for any past due amount at or before time of registration. (Contact school treasurer if unsure of amount due.)
2)	Complete the following forms:
	a)	Application for Enrollment	(Download form here.)
	b)	Financial Agreement	(Download form here.)
	c)	Health Appraisal (Grades K, 1, 3, 7)	(Download form here.)
	d)	Consent for Treatment	(Download form here.)
	e)	Approved Transportation	(Download form here.)
3)	Submit above to school with payment of registration fee and 1st month's tuition at time of registration.
