1) Submit payment for any past due amount at or before time of registration.
(Contact school treasurer if unsure of amount due.)
2) Complete the following forms:
a) Application for Admission (Download form here.)
b) Financial Agreement (Download form here.)
c) Medical Examination (K, 1, 3, 7) (Download form here.)
d) Consent to Treatment (Download form here.)
e) Emergency Contacts (Download form here.)
f) Internet Access & Use (Download form here.)
3) Submit above to school with payment of registration fee and tuition at time of registration.
4) Get school supplies list. (Download form here)
